Head of Research Group

We are looking for an outstanding scientist to establish a research team focused on cell and developmental biology of mouse organoids. The position is initially offered for five years with the possibility of further extension based on the international evaluation. The IMG will provide laboratory space in its new building located at the BIOCEV Biomedical Centre in Vestec near Prague. The IMG will provide salary, start-up funds, institutional support and basic laboratory equipment but the candidate is expected to secure its own extramural funding.

Eligibility

• At least five years of postdoctoral experience
• Excellent publication record
• Applicants with substatntial experience with mouse orgainds are strongly encouraged to apply

1. Professional CV
2. List of publications
3. Five major achievements
4. Synopsis of previous research (maximum two pages)
5. Proposal (maximum 5 pages) of the research program of the group for the first three years; the document should include the financial plan of the group and requirements for laboratory space and equipment.

The pre-selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview and the new research group will be established in 2024.
