Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences
This three-day event combines a user meeting with intensive practical training focused on advanced image analysis in the scanR platform. The first day is dedicated to scientific exchange among scanR users, including presentations of research projects, user experiences and discussions with application specialists. The following two days provide advanced hands-on training focused on AI-assisted analysis and custom AI model development.
The practical sessions are supported by EVIDENT application specialists and emphasize direct work with software and real datasets.

Short lectures introduce the theoretical background of AI-based image analysis and machine learning workflows.
Most of the time is dedicated to practical sessions in small groups, allowing participants to work directly with scanR software and their own datasets under the guidance of experienced application specialists.
