Autonomous microscopy is an approach that changes the way how researchers explore biological samples. The meeting is oriented towards a comprehensive exploration of autonomous microscopy in the Leica LasX Navigator Expert module.
This three-day workshop, held on the Leica Stellaris 8 confocal microscope, is an immersive, hands-on experience led by a Leica application specialist. Participants will have the opportunity to learn practical applications of automated detection of Regions of Interest (ROIs) and rare events (REs) using advanced microscopy techniques.
Admission is free of charge.
Day 1: Participants will be introduced to the theoretical aspects of autonomous microscopy in the morning, followed by a hands-on practical session in the afternoon.
Days 2: The workshop continues with hands-on practical sessions with mid-day lectures about the Stellaris 8 hardware.
Days 3: Hands-on practical sessions.
